Students in Mrs. Cardinal's seventh-grade reading class at Cardinal Middle School finished the first grading period by presenting Accelerated Reader books to the class. Pumpkin carving at Jordak
Jerry Rose is the father of two Jordak students. Young Jerry is in Mrs. Misinec's first grade and Xander is in Mrs. Schmucker's kindergarten B class.
Dad Jerry is well-known in the Huntsburg area, and locally, for growing giant pumpkins. He travels to fairs and contests and recently did well with his entry.

Volleyball team is undefeated
Cardinal Middle School's seventh-grade volleyball team finished their season with a perfect 14-0 record, with wins over Berkshire, Kirtland, Newbury, Aurora, Harvey, Hawken and Fairport Harbor. From the beginning of practice in August, they displayed a desire to win and strived to excel throughout the season.

CMS Student Council sponsoring food drive of a different nature
